Celebrating Resilience and Achievements at the LifeWays’ 2023 Annual Celebration
LifeWays recently had the honor of hosting the highly anticipated 2023 Annual Celebration at the Commonwealth Commerce Center in Jackson, MI on May 11, 2023. It was a momentous event where we came together as a community to recognize and celebrate the remarkable achievements within the mental health landscape. This year's celebration was particularly special, as it marked a significant milestone for us – a long-awaited reunion after years of navigating the challenges posed by the global pandemic.
Under the theme of COMMUNITY and collective impact, the Annual Celebration served as a beacon of hope and inspiration. From mental health professionals to individuals with lived experiences, our event brought together a diverse audience of professionals, advocates, and COMMUNITY members committed to the cause of mental health awareness.
Recognizing Heroes and Triumphs: Throughout the event, we had the privilege of honoring the extraordinary heroes who have made significant strides in their mental health journeys. Their stories of resilience, determination, and personal growth served as a powerful reminder of the strength inherent within each individual and the transformative potential of COMMUNITY support.
Celebrating Provider Agencies and Partners: In addition to celebrating the achievements of those we serve, we also took a moment to recognize the invaluable contributions of our network of provider agencies, families, and partners. Their unwavering dedication and collaboration have been instrumental in enabling us to continue our vital work in serving the mental health COMMUNITY.
