LifeWays believes that integrity is one of the cornerstones of who we are and everything we do.
Our Corporate Compliance Program has been developed to assist LifeWays in understanding and following the laws, regulations, professional standards and ethical commitments that apply to our mission.
KEY COMPONENTS

Compliance oversight, consultation, and resources for our staff and contracted network providers.

Investigations of suspected non-compliance and, if necessary, recommending performance improvement and corrective action.

Recovering Medicare/Medicaid funds paid for services that were improperly or fraudulently made.
REPORTING CONCERNS
Because LifeWays values your trust, we encourage anyone who receives services, is associated with us, and even members of the public, to report issues or concerns of suspected non-compliance.
Reports are treated confidentially and can also be made anonymously.
LifeWays prohibits retaliation in any form against an individual who reports issues or concerns in good faith.
