Creating balance in our lives is an important part of wellness. Each week, we will explore one of the eight dimensions of wellness: emotional, spiritual, intellectual, physical, environmental, financial, occupational, and social. We partner with LifeWays staff and local organizations in our community to alternate lessons each week.
