This program aims to help adults improve their nutrition and make small changes for a lifelong impact. This event is on every Wednesday from June15, 2022 - July 20. 2022.
Over the course of 6 lessons, we will discuss:
Reducing sugar, sodium, and fat
Healthy drink options
Healthy options as a lifestyle
Increasing physical activity
Healthy meals on a budget
