2021 Leadership Award

Criteria:  The individual may be a formal or informal leader (not required to be in a Leadership position). He or she is an excellent role model, regularly inspires others to work collaboratively and creatively and especially with other Teams; demonstrates initiative; and promotes a work environment that is respectful and supportive of each other and our consumers. This individual’s actions fosters pride in the LifeWays community. Any individual qualifies for this award and may be nominated by any staff member.
