Changes to LifeWays Jackson Front Lobby Hours

Jackson, MI – Starting Monday, December 9, 2024, LifeWays Jackson office will be adjusting its front lobby hours. The front lobby will now close at 5 p.m., but individuals seeking services can still walk in and receive treatment until 7 p.m. using the Crisis Services entrance at the back of the building. After 7 p.m., LifeWays will only be able to serve individuals in crisis.

Key changes include:

• The front lobby will close at 5 p.m., instead of 7 p.m.

• Walk-In services will still be provided from 5-7 p.m. using the Crisis Services entrance.

• After 7 p.m., only individuals in need of crisis services will be seen.
